Moving Checklist

• Wall spot treatment**

• Windows washed (upon request, $100 extra, first floor only)

• Wiping of baseboards and exterior cabinets

• Removal of cobwebs

• Cleaning and sanitizing of doors, switch plates and other high-touched surfaces

• Dusting of light fixtures, vents,windowsills, shutters and blinds

• Wiping windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces with special glash polisher.

• Carpet vacuuming

• Mopping of floors 

**Depending on the current condition of the wall/paint. If the condition of the wall needs replacement/reconditioning, we may refuse to spot treat the wall. 

• Hood vent dusting

• Microwave cleaning

• Stovetop cleaning

• Exterior oven cleaning (interiors are charged extra)

• Interior and exterior refrigerator cleaning (removal of leftover food is included, upon request)

• Cleaning of ountertops 

• Cleaning of the kitchen sink

• Polishing of faucets 

• Wiping of exterior kitchen cabinets
• Everything mentioned above is sanitized

• Wiping of washer and dryer exteriors

• Toilet cleaning and removal of toilet rings

• Sinks are clean

• Polishing of Faucets

• Mirror Cleaning

• Bathtub cleaning

• Shower stall is clean

• Undersink cabinets are clean

• Wiping of exterior cabinets

• Cleaning of storage rooms
• Patio or balcony cleaning (upon request)
• Garbage removal
• Balcony door tracks, ledges, and handrails are cleaned and sanitized
